ANCHORAGE, Alaska-A young girl, age 14, and only identified as J.D. was found face down in a pool of vomit on Friday morning at about 9:30 am. She was having difficulty breathing and was convulsing. CPR was administered at the residence. When that failed, 911 was called at approximately 1:30 pm.
The girl was taken by medics to a local hospital. There, it was determined that she had multiple drugs in her system. Tests showed that she had marijuana, methamphetamine, heroin and cocaine present, and had suffered an overdose.
According to the investigation, the young girl had gone to visit Sean Warner, age 26, at his home on Leighton Street off of Northern Lights Boulevard on Thursday. While there, she was asked if she wanted to try some heroin, she agreed, but not wanting to inject herself, had Warner do it for her. Two other individuals were present at the time. The men there were age 21, and 22, their names were not released.
On Sunday, Sean Warner, age 26, was arrested by the Anchorage police. Warner was taken to the Anchorage jail.
