Man Stuck in Snow Berm Arrested for DUI, Endangering the Welfare of a Minor x2

DUI_Patrol_02A Wasilla man was arrested on DUI and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Minor following a minor accident on Saturday evening.

Troopers, while in Holiday Impaired Driving Enforcement Patrol in Willow at 6 pm Saturday, observed a gray 2004 GMC pickup stuck in a snow berm near the intersection of Caswell Lakes Loop and Amundsen Road in the Caswell Lakes Subdivision. When they contacted the driver, identified as 52-year-old John Harrington of Anchorage, they found him to be driving while impaired. They also found that Harrington had two juveniles with him in the vehicle at the time.

Harrington was arrested on DUI and two counts Endangering the Welfare of a Minor I and transported to Palmer where he was remanded to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility with his bail set at $500.[xyz-ihs snippet=”Adsense-responsive”]
