One Dead in Early Morning Glenn Highway Rollover

Troopers responded to a serious accident at mile 59.5 of the Glenn Highway early on Monday morning to find one deceased in the incident, troopers reported on Monday.

According to the report on the trooper dispatch, patrol responded to the scene near Sutton at 1:06 am to find that the lone occupant of the vehicle dead after being ejected from the vehicle. The investigation at the scene showed that the vehicle had been traveling northbound on the highway when it began to skid as it rounded a turn on the highway. Troopers ascertained that the driver, whose identity has yet to be revealed, overcorrected causing the vehicle to leave the highway and roll multiple times.

Troopers report that the next of kin have yet to be notified. 

AST states that the investigation into the fatal accident is continuing.
