Fairbanks troopers are seeking information on a man who shoplifted multiple items, including a ski helmet and jacket from the BVeaver Sports Store, the trooper dispatch reported on Wednesday.

Troopers received the shoplifting report at 5:27 pm from the store.

Witnesses reported that the suspect left in a dark green, early 2000s model GMC Sierra extended cab truck. It was also reported that the vehicle had damage to the front and drivers side door. The vehicle was also displaying a handicap placard on its rear-view mirror, troopers said.

The man was described as a Caucasian male “wearing a white baseball cap with sunglasses over the bill, a green button up shirt, dark pants, and dark tennis shoes.”
