Troopers with the Bureau of Highway Patrol conducted a traffic stop on a 2004 Isuzu Ascender and arreste 22-year-old Kenai resident Justin Hart for DUI, DUI Refusal and Violation of Conditions of Release on Sunday evening according to the trooper dispatch.
Troopers found that Hart was driving under the influence when contacted after the traffic stop. Hart was on Third Pary Conditions of Release and was also subject to Ankle Monitoring.
Hart has been subject to violating his conditions of release several times in the last year. Hart was out on bail after an October arrest for Felony Theft.
Hart was arrested, transported, and remanded to the Wildwood Pretrial Facility, where he was held without bail pending arraignment.
