MEXICO CITY-Mexican authorities captured Jose Antonio Acosta Hernandez, also know as "El Diego," on Saturday. WACO, TEXAS-Naser Jason Abdo, the AWOL soldier arrested with bomb making supplies in his hotel room has been formally charged in a Waco, Texas courtroom this morning at 11am. He is charged with possession of an unregistered destructive device in an alleged plot to set off two bombs at a popular restaurant in Killeen, Texas.
