Alaska State Troopers have released the name of the victim in the murder case in Excursion Inlet in southeast Alaska.

Indicted by a Grand Jury on charges of Murder I, two counts of Murder II, Manslaughter and Criminally Negligent Homicide, 53-year-old Mark De Simone is accused of shooting 34-year-old Dulio “Anthony” Rosales to death in a remote cabin in the Inlet 35 miles west of Juneau.

When troopers arrived at the scene, they encountered six men waiting on the beach in front of the cabin, four of the men had their hands above their heads. One of the six had secured the suspected murder weapon, a .41 caliber magnum, and turned it over to trooper upon their arrival.

Rosales was found under a picnic table, shot twice in the back of the head “execution-style.” It appeared as if he was putting on his boots at the time of his death. Troopers would find that Rosales had an empty hip holster at the time of the fatal incident.

One of the men in the party, Seth Bradshaw, told troopers that after the shooting, De Simone admitted to him that he had shot Rosales, saying, “I shot Tony. I shot him. It’s my fault.”[xyz-ihs snippet=”adsense-body-ad”]
