Alaska State Troopers responded to a report of a death at the Caswell Lakes subdivision in Willow at 7:20 am on Sunday and found 41-year-old Elizabeth Foster deceased at the residence, the trooper dispatch reported on Monday.

Troopers say that they are treating the incident as a homicide and have taken a 14-year-old into custody. The teen was turned over to the Division of Juvenile Justice.
