Anchorage police are asking the public for information on the whereabouts of a 14-year-old teen that went missing earlier this month.
According to police, when 14-year-old Mary Rotzler left, she also took a gold 2002 Ford Explorer that did not belong to her.
Police say that the Alaskan Native teen did contact a family member on Sunday, but, they are still concerned for her welfare, mental state, and personal safety.
According to the report, Rotzler has brown hair and brown eyes, and stands about 5 foot one and weighs about 120 pounds.
When she left she took the gold SUV, described as having a crack in the rear window, and missing a letter in the “Explorer” emblem on the rear of the vehicle. The license plate of that vehicle is”GUR710.”
