Rasmussen Polls announced the results of a poll taken yesterday concerning the upcoming primary in Pennsylvania.
According to their poll results, Santorum has the lead in the upcoming primary election. It shows that he garnered 42% of the nod from likely GOP voters.
This puts him four points ahead of Mitt Romney who took 38% of voter support.
Ron Paul recieved a dismal 7%, while Newt Gingrich only came out ahead of the vote for “Other.” with 6%. 5% were undecided.
The survey was done on 750 likely Republican Primary voters, the poll was taken on April 4th. The margin of sampling error is a +/-4 percentagepoints. and had a level of confidence of 95%.
The poll’s field work was conducted by Pulse Opinion Research, as are all Rasmussen Polls.
