Old Harbor has been added to the Alaska Marine Highway's schedule as a stop. The ferry will arrive this evening at approximately 6:30 pm.
After docking at Old Harbor, the Tustumena will stay in port for an hour before continuing on to Kodiak.

Ferry service to Old Harbor will occur only when the Tustumena travels to and from the Alaska Peninsula. This means if one travels on the ferry this evening to Kodiak, the next available time to return to Old Harbor from Kodiak would be on June 27 as the ferry continues its scheduled Alaska Peninsula run.
So far, two other scheduled port calls into Old Harbor are August 13th and 23rd.
This makes Old Harbor the second new stop on Kodiak Island added this year. The community of Ouzinkie was added in April.
The addition of Old Harbor now makes that community the 33rd to receive direct service from the ferry system.
