On Monday night, a truck with Port Security worker, 42-year-old Joseph Renteria, was driven or perhaps rolled off the dock.

Renteria was hired by Doyon Ltd as a security worker at the facility last month. Doyon is the security provider for the dock facility.

The truck, a crew cab, came to rest in 50 feet of water Monday evening at approximately 7:30 pm.

The truck was not an official truck, there is no information on why the vehicle was on the dock at the time of the accident.

It is unknown if Renteria has been recovered from the accident site.
