A ninety-eight count arrest warrant with bail set at $1 million has been issued against a 36-year-old Ketchikan man who is in Seattle recovering from two self inflicted gunshot wounds.
Jake J Anderson shot himself after an investigation was initiated against him on June 11th.
Anderson is accused of drugging a young girl with sleeping pills That girl is now 16.
The young girl’s mother went to troopers in Ketchikan letting them know of her suspicions. When the girl was interviewed by investigators, she also said that she had suspected him of slipping her something blue in her food. She also told troopers that she thought that he had been sending her lewd text messages.
A search warrant was issued and troopers looked through his house and cell phone. Troopers found videos of Anderson engaging in sex acts with and in close proximity to the girl as she was in a drug induced sleep. The troopers seized nine tapes with multiple episodes on them, some of which showed the young girl taking a shower or using the bathroom.

Anderson admitted to troopers that he did send lewd messages to the girl.
The day after the search warrants, troopers were called again to remove Anerson from a locked car that he refused to get out of. Right after the troopers arrived at the scene, Anderson shot himself twice in the jaw. He was transported to Harborview Medical Center Seattle for treatment of his wounds. According to reports, he is still at the facility. He is due to be released this week.
The warrant that included charges of Sexual Assault 1, Sexual Assault II, SAM 1, SAM 2, Incest, Unlawful Exploitation of a Minor, Indecent Viewing or Photography, Possession of Child Pornography, Harassment and Assault IV, was sent to the King County’s Sherriff’s Office in Washington..
