On Saturday night Alaska State Troopers in Kodiak made a traffic stop on Selief Lane in Kodiak.
The troopers stopped a 2011 Ford Escape driven by 33-year-old Michael Richardson at 10:02 pm for a moving violation.
It was found that Richardson was driving on a suspended drivers license.

But further investigation of his passenger, 24-year-old Gregory Pruitt was in possession of heroin and marijuana.
Richardson was issued a misdemeanor citation for Driving with License Suspended and was released from the scene without further incident.
Richardson’s passenger, on the other hand, was arrested at the scene and charged with Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance VI and MICS IV.
Pruitt was remanded to the Kodiak Jail with no bail until arraignment according to Trooper reports.
The next day at arraignment bail was set at $1,000 cash performance bond.
