It was reported out of Japan, by Tepco, that 32,000 gallons of radioactive water breached its containment system and leaked through the inner lining that acts as the first line of defense holding back the water from the environment.

Although Tepco is not sure that water has made its way past two additional layers that act as a barrier and the surrounding area, higher radiation levels recorded at the site, make it seem so.
