WHAT: The Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC) is offering a Russian Christmas celebration – with starring, refreshments and entertainment – Tuesday, Jan. 7, in the Anchorage Native Primary Care Center (ANPCC) lobby on the Alaska Native Health Campus.

WHY: Russian Christmas is traditionally celebrated on Jan. 7. ANMC celebrates the holiday with its customer-owners in recognition of the long history between the Russian Orthodox Church and Alaska Native people.

VISUALS: The St. Innocent Russian Orthodox Cathedral Starring Choir will sing hymns and Russian Christmas carols. They will also lead a Starring procession through the (ANPCC) and the hospital.
