An Anchorage driver in Wasilla was stopped on moving and equipment violation on Monday night. Troopers leveled DUI and other charges against her after the stop.
30-year-old Anchorage resident Nicole O. Haroldsen was stopped by troopers on Nelson Street at Lucille Street on Monday night at approximately 11:25 pm.
She was pulled over for equipment and moving violations. When stopped, it was discovered that she was driving under the influence of alcohol and so was charged with DUI.
During the investigation, Haroldsen attempted to identify herself by two different false identities and two different birth dates. But, the troopers investigation ultimately uncovered her true identity. She was charged with False Information.
Once her true identity was ascertained, it was found that haroldsen was also driving with a suspended license and so, was charged with DWLR
After her arrest, Haroldsen refused to give a breath sample for the trooper’s DataMaster, subsequently, she was charged with Refusal as well, according to the trooper dispatcch.
Haroldsen was transported to the Mat Su Pretrial Facility where she was remanded with her bail set at $5,000 plus a Court Approved Third Party Custodian.
