Anchorage Police are looking for more victims of a man pepper-spraying people in the downtown area on Sunday afternoon.
According to their report, police said that they began receiving calls from victims reporting that they had been sprayed in the area of Town Square Park, then calls also began coming in from the Sullivan Arena area. Police received calls from four victims in all, one of which was picked up by the Anchorage Fire Department and transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Police report that the suspect is described as a Caucasian wearing a black shirt with a gold emblem on it, blue jeans and bright red shoes. Witnesses say he was carrying one one, possibly two backpacks, one black, the other camouflage.
Additional victims are urged to call Police Dispatch at 786-8900 (press “0” to speak with an operator). They are also asking the general public with information on the suspect or or his whereabouts to call the same number.[xyz-ihs snippet=”Adsense-responsive”]
