KOTZEBUE, Alaska-Yesterday afternoon about 3:30 pm, Alaska State troopers from the Kotzebue post, along with an Alaska Wildlife trooper and an investigator from the Western Alaska Alcohol/Narcotics Team arrested 40 year old James Darin Monroe of Kotzebue on a Sexual Abuse of a Minor warrant issued out of Kotzebue by the police department there.
