WASHINGTON – Roger Charles Day Jr., a former America’s Most Wanted fugitive, was sentenced today to 105 years in prison for his role in leading an international conspiracy to defraud the Department of Defense (DOD) of more than $11.2 million by supplying nonconforming and defective parts for military aircraft, vehicles and weapons systems.

Governor Releases Balanced Fy2013 Budget

ANCHORAGE, Alaska – Governor Sean Parnell today released his proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2013. The budgets represent a $600 million decrease in state general fund spending. The budgets total $6.4 billion in state general funds and $12.1 billion in all funds including Permanent Fund and federal dollars.
