Time for Change? Johns Hopkins Scholars Say Calendar Needs Serious Overhaul

Researchers at The Johns Hopkins University have discovered a way to make time stand still — at least when it comes to the yearly calendar.

Young Girl Remains in Dire Condition as Result of Heroin Overdose

ANCHORAGE, Alaska-The condition of the young girl, who was hospitalized on Friday for drug overdose, is still critical and is described as "dire" by the Assistant District Attorney Regan Williams. She also reports that the girl is on a mechanical respirator. She had marijuana, methamphetamine, heroin and cocaine in her system when she overdosed.
