Controversy Continues Over Halibut Plan, Comment Period Extended

ANCHORAGE, ALASKA-Republican Representative from Anchorage, Craig Johnson, at a meeting of the State House Special Committee on Fisheries yesterday spoke out on the controversial Pacific Halibut Allocation Plan.

6.8 Magnitude Earthquake Strikes Southwest Of Amukta Island

NIKOLSKI, ALASKA-In the early morning hours of Friday, at 1:55 am, at the quake location, the Aleutian Islands were rocked with a fairly large earthquake. 27 miles southwest of Amukta Island, approximately half-way between Atka and Nikolski, a 6.8 magnitude, generated at a depth 22.1 miles beneath the surface, jolted the region.

Doyon, Limited Announces 2011 Shareholder Dividend
