An early morning bomb went off in the capital of Samangan Province this morning at 2 am, destroying 18 NATO fuel trucks and 4 supply vehicles.

Four Kidnappers Jailed, the Man They Bailed Out Free to Go

On Monday, four individuals bailed 22-year-old Jonathon Hill of Anchorage out of Palmer jail. Hill had been arrested on Saturday on Felony Drug Possession according to trooper reports.
