ANCHORAGE, Alaska-At a fund raiser for Mayor Dan Sullivan held at Sheffield's Turnagain home on Wednesday, the former Alaska governor, 83 year-old Bill Sheffield announced that he was resigning from the position as Anchorage's Port director.
