Russian Submarine Catches Fire Outside City of Murmansk

MURMANSK, Russia-Russian officials say the fire that broke out on one of their nuclear submarines has been extinguished. The submarine, "Yekaterinburg" was in drydock outside the Russian city of Murmansk. Russia's military say the fire started on the scaffolding that was erected around the vessel.

Two Lummi Indians Charged with First Degree Murder in Stabbing Death of Another Lummi Tribal Member

BELLINGHAM, Washington-First degree murder charges have been leveled against two members of the Lummi tribe for the murder of a third tribal member. According to court documents, the murder occurred on Lummi Tribal Trust land near Bellingham on December 17th.
