Dempsey: Hazing, Bullying Intolerable in Military

WASHINGTON, Dec. 23, 2011 – Emphasizing that bullying and hazing undermine everything the military stands for, the top U.S. military officer said every member of the armed forces has a personal responsibility to uphold its “zero tolerance” standard and intervene to stop any occurrences.
