Judge OK's Detroit's Chapter 9 Bankrupcy
Detroit took the dubious distinction of being the largest municipality to enter into bankruptcy under Chapter 9 on Tuesday morning after U.S. Judge Steven Rhodes ruled that the city was eligible to do so.
Administration Says 1 Million Visited HealthCare.gov Website Monday
It was announced by President Obama's chief of staff on Tuesday that over 1 million people visited the HealthCare.gov website on Monday. Monday was the first weekday that the site has been up since it underwent a major overhaul to fix major glitches that plagued the sites visitors since it was established in October.

Investigation Continues in Fatal Bronx Commuter Train Derailment
The NTSB investigation into the train derailment is continuing today after four people were killed and at least another 67 were injured in the commuter train accident in the Bronx at 7:20 am on Sunday morning.
