A magnitude 6.8 earthquake struck Burma today killed at least 12 people, collapsed a bridge and a gold mine and hit small towns close to the epicenter hard.

Police Nab East Anchorage Salon Robber after Tip

After the police began circulating surveillance pictures of a man that had robbed a clerk at the Color Me Tan tanning salon in October, a tip came in that helped authorities capture and arrest the man responsible for the crime.
