In the early morning hours of Friday, at shortly after midnight, a scene of horror unfolded, gunfire broke out, after the carnage, 12 people lay dead and another 50 were injured in an Aurora Century 16 theater.

South Korea Raises its Level of Alert as North Korea's Hierarchy Goes through Changes

Kim Min-Seok, South Korea's Ministry of National Defense spokesman, has acknowledged that his country has raised it's state of alert because of changes in hierarchy in the military of its northern neighbor.
