KETCHIKAN, Alaska-At 11:30 am,yesterday morning, the Alaska Bureau of Investigation's Southeast Alaska Cities Against Drugs(SEACAD) Task Force was received a report of possible drug activity between a 24-year-old Ketchikan male and a vehicle registered out of Metlakatla.
