Alaska Supreme Court Rules Against Alaskas' Redistricting Board

While commending the Alaska Redistricting board for their work and their weighing of constitutional and statutory provisions, the Alaska Supreme Court ordered the state to re-draw the districts adhering to a stricter interpretation of the Alaska Constitution.
