Coast Guard, State of Alaska monitoring grounding near Shoup Bay

VALDEZ, Alaska — Coast Guard and State of Alaska personnel are monitoring a 65–foot fishing tender grounded near Shoup Bay, four miles west of Valdez, Sunday.
