Motions to Resume for Suspect in USS Cole Attack

WASHINGTON – U.S. military commission proceedings against a suspect in the October 2000 USS Cole bombing and other alleged terrorist attacks are scheduled to resume in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, today.
