At least 31 people were killed when a car bomb went off near the Ba'ath party headquarters in Damascus, Syria on Thursday.
According to reports from the Syrian Observatory in Britain, a majority of the dead from the terrorist bomb are civilians.
The bomb also blew out the windows at the Russian Embassy nearby according to Russian officials.
This bomb attack came one day after Syrian rebels came under attack from the air. 20 people in the area were killed in that attack. Syrian rebels shot down one of the planes that took part in the rocket bombardment. After unleashing its rockets, it was brought down by machine gun fire from rebel forces.
