ATLANTA – A Bengali man wanted by law enforcement authorities in his native country for a 1989 bombing attack targeting a prominent politician was returned to his home country Tuesday by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO).
The 84-year-old Fire and Brimstone former pastor of the Westboro Baptist Church of Topeka, Kansas, Fred Phelps, died of natural causes at 11:15 pm, according to church spokesman Steve Drain.

In an effort to end the four-year probe and prosecution by the U.S. Justice Department, it was announced on Wednesday that Toyota has reached a deal with the prosecution to pay a settlement of $1.2 billion. That settlement is the largest ever settlement levied at an automaker by the U.S. Government.
