Former civilian guard, Bryan Underwood, who worked at a U.S. Consulate that was under construction in China, was sentenced on Tuesday to nine years in prison. Upon his release, he will be placed on two years supervised release.
Even as new resolutions increasing sanctions against the North Korean government are being scheduled, North Korea is threatening to set aside the 1953 truce agreement between North and South Korean and resume hostilities.
Although details of the agreement haven't been made public, it has been announced that China and the United States have reached an agreement on new sanctions against the government of North Korea.
