This ends the 17 year old policy of discharging members of the military based on their sexual orientation.
MEXICO CITY-Mexican authorities announced the capture of Jesus Rejon Aguilar, one of the original founders of the notorious Zeta drug cartel. He was captured just one hour northwest of Mexico City.
