Russian embassy staff in the North Korean capital of pyongyang has been told by officials in that city that they should consider evacuating their people. This because of the continuing rising tensions according to Embassy official Denis Samsonov.

Tension continues on the Korean Peninsula Wednesday as South Korean workers are turned away at the border as they attempt to go to work at the Joint Industrial Zone a mile over the North-South border.
