The board of Directors for the Arctic Slope Regional Corporation announced two dividend distributions to take place in December of this year. This second payout for the year dwarfs the initial payout of $10 per share distribution made to shareholders in April.
Bethel-based Alaska State Troopers received a call from the community of Tuntutuliak on Sunday reporting that a 31-year-old man, Joshua Evans, had been found dead in the community.
A Bethel resident, 53-year-old Ray Watson, reported that he had found a dead Muskox at his fish camp across from Bethel on the Kuskokwim River near the "Old Airport," on Sunday.
