Emmonak Resident Escapes Holding Facility, Turns Himself in Later Cold, Hungry and Wet

EMMONAK-Alaska State Troopers were called by an Emmonak resident shortly before 1 o'clock in the afternoon on Monday, August 15th regarding the theft of items from his boat. Stolen were a chainsaw, a harpoon and some spears.
