Governor Urges General Carlisle to Seek More Input on Aggressor Squadron Relocation

Department of Public Safety Academy Graduates 18 from Seven Different Agencies

(SITKA, Alaska) – Eighteen new law enforcement officers from five different state and municipal agencies graduated from the Department of Public Safety Training Academy in Sitka Friday. A graduation ceremony at the Sheet'Ka Kwaan Na'Kaa Hidi Building in Sitka ended the Alaska Law Enforcement Training (ALET) Session No. 12-02.

Governor Extends AMFAST with New Administrative Order

Anchorage Man Sentenced to 10 Years for Possessing Child Pornography

ANCHORAGE, Alaska — An Anchorage man was sentenced Friday to 10 years in federal prison for possession of child pornography, following an investigation by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the FBI.
