SEOUL — North Korea is amplifying its rhetoric about carrying out more rocket launches and a third nuclear test.
NEW DELHI — In Indian Kashmir, officials have advised residents about how to cope with a possible nuclear attack. But they say the advice is not connected to recent tensions along the cease-fire line that divides Kashmir between nuclear armed rivals India and Pakistan.
The United Nations Security Council added additional sanctions on North Korea for its December 2012 launch on Tuesday and demanded an end to it nuclear and ballistic missile tests, the action brought a swift reaction from North Korea.
