At just before 9 pm last night, a caller contacted the Alaska State Troopers to report a drive by shooting on Kenaka Bena Loop in Big Lake.

It was reported that a man, later identified as James Keene, age 32, of Big Lake, discharged a firearm in the direction of the caller’s residence while driving by in his vehicle.

There were no injuries sustained in the incident.

Alaska State Troopers contacted Keene and arrested him for Misconduct Involving a Weapon in the First, Second and Fourth Degrees, Keene was also charged with four counts of Assault in the Third Degree.

Troopers transported Keene to Mat-Su Pretrial and remanded him there on a bail of $50,000.
