Four Craig residents were arrested on drug charges and a variety of other offenses after the SouthEast Alaska Cities Against Drugs task force (SEACAD) served a search warrant on a residence inside the Craig School Zone with the assistance of the Alaska State Troopers, Wildlife Troopers, the Craig Police Department and the FBI.
On Thursday at approximately 9:50 am, SEACAD and various other law enforcement agencies served a search warrant on a residence within the Craig school zone.
Arrested after the serving of the warrant were 26-year-old Samantha Joy Bueno, 26-year-old Cathia Rose Demmert, 27-year-old Shane Kelly Fritzgerald, and 26-year-old Belinda Nicole Stahl, all of Craig.
Beuno was charged with two counts of Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance III for selling Methamphetamine within 500 feet of a school zone.
Demmert was charged with one count of Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance IV and for Disorderly Conduct for knowingly maintaining a dwelling where methamphetamine was stored and distributed.
Fritzgerald was picked up on a $2,500 Felony arrest warrant on a petition to revoke probation, Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance III and IV, for recklessly possessing methamphetamine within 500 feet of a school zone, Resisting Arrest, Assault 4 on a Police Officer, and Felony Probation Violation.
Stahl was charged with Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance III and IV and recklessly possessing methamphetamine within 500 feet of a school zone.
All four were arrested and remanded.
