On Friday September 14th, the Alaska State Troopers in Kodiak were notified that an Icicle Seafoods warehouse in Larsen Bay had been broken into and vandalized.

Troopers investigated the break-in at the cannery building in Larsen Bay and found that the warehouse had been broken into between 11 pm on Thursday and 8 am on Friday.
The investigation discovered that a forklift had been driven through the wall breaching the outside wall. A pallet with processing packing was also damaged during the break-in. Icicle Seafoods estimates the damage to the building and materials to be approximately $20,000.
The investigation into the incident resulted in the arrest of 19-year-old Pete Muller and 19-year-old Derick Hochmuth, both of Larsen Bay.
Muller and Hochmuth were charged with Burglary II and Criminal Mischief III and transported to the Kodiak Jail and remanded there to await arraignment.
