An active manhunt is underway as Oklahoma authorities look for four inmates that escaped from an escape-proof Anadarko, Oklahoma jail on Monday.
The four inmates escaped after breaking a padlock securing a small trapdoor above the showers at the facility and making a clean getaway.
Apparently, the four men, identified as Prime Brown, 23, Dylan Ray Three Irons, 21, Anthony Mendonca, 24, and Triston Cheadle, 33, wore their prison uniforms into the shower. After the men made good their escape through the vent leading from the hatch, to a wall separating the jail from the unlocked outside area, they kicked out cinder blocks and discarded their uniforms. From there, they simply pushed open the unlocked door and left the building.
Three of the inmates, Brown, Three Irons, and Mendonca, were in jail and awaiting transfer to state prison after various convictions. The fourth, Cheadle was awaiting trial on robbery and federal weapons charges.
The Caddo County Sheriff’s office reports that the men were last seen about a block away from the jail at a car wash.
