On Friday morning, two Fairbanks individuals were contacted at a local business during an investigation. But, men subsequently were arrested on charges that included a warrant charge, False Information and Hindering Prosecution, according to the trooper dispatch.
At 10:56 am on Saturday, troopers contacted 24-year-old Albert Baker and 54-year-old Terrilyn Damon. Troopers contacted a person they would later identify as Baker. During the initial contact, Baker would give troopers a false name, Damon assisted Baker in concealing his identity.
Upon ascertaining Baker’s true identity, troopers found that Baker had an outstanding $20,000 Felony Probation PACE Warrant on the original charge of MICS IV.
Baker was arrested on the warrant and False Information. Damon was arrested on charges of Hindering Prosecution. Both were transported to the Fairbanks Correctional Center and remanded there. Baker’s bail was set at $21,000 and Damon was held without bail.
