As the house was being moved by a local house moving company on a trailer towed by a loader, 50-year-old Paul Wolski tripped and was run over by one of the trailer’s tires.
Alaska State Troopers with the Bureau of Highway Patrol responded to the scene at 3:07 pm after a 911 call reporting the incident went in to troopers.
Wolski was transported to Providence hospital in Anchorage by helicopter for treatment of his injuries, which were classified as serious.
Alaska’s OSHA and Commercial Vehicle Officers responded to the location to assist the state troopers with their investigation into the incident.
