Saturday afternoon, a REDDI report was made on a blue Tahoe at the Shell gas station at the corner of Vine and the Parks Highway. Troopers responded to the scene to investigate, their investigation resulted in an arrest of Marjorie A. Bailey.
Troopers upon their arrival at the gas station, would contact 29-year-old Bailey, who they would find was driving without a license. Further investigation would show that Bailey was out on bail for Felony DUI and was violating the conditions of her release by not being in the presence of her Court Appointed Third Party Custodian.
Subsequently, Bailey was arrested for DWLR, Violating Conditions of Release x2, and remanded to the Mat Su Pretrial Facility in Palmer without bail.
As a result of the arrest of Bailey, who was out of sight and sound of her CATP custodian, troopers would contact 25-year-old Kimberly M. Murphy of Wasilla. Murphy was Bailey’s custodian and was arrested for not fulfilling her duties as CATP.
Murphy was transported to the Mat Su Pretrial Facility as well and remanded there and her bail set at $500.
