Following a lead in an investigation into the theft of a “toy Hauler” trailer, troopers responded to a residence on Heavy Down Drive in Soldotna on Monday night.
When troopers responded to the property at 10:30 pm Monday night, they would find that the stolen trailer was on the property. They would place two Soldotna residents under arrest for the theft. Troopers arrested Dalton Cullen, age 33, and Natasha Miller, age 31, for the theft of the trailer. During her arrest, Miller was also charged with possession of a stolen firearm.
While at the property, troopers also contacted the owner and found him to be in possession of Methamphetamine. 39-year-old Tyler Johnson was placed under arrest for Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance IV. He was also determined to be Violating his Conditions of Release in a previous arrest.
Another individual was contacted at the location. That person, 39-year-old Kenai resident Douglas Archambault was arrested on an outstanding $4,000 arrest warrant.
During a search of the property, “17 firearms, over 30 grams of suspected methamphetamine and over 19 grams of suspected heroin were also seized along with a large quantity of drug paraphernalia to include syringes, scales, and baggies,” troopers report. The investigation into that discovery is continuing, and criminal charges are pending.
All four suspects were transported to Kenai, where they were remanded to the Wildwood Pretrial facility.
